Meet the Artist

Anastasia Balatsouka was born and raised in Trikala, Greece. Growing up, Anastasia always liked experimenting with her mom’s makeup, however, she never had imagined that she will turn her artistic hobby into a job.

In 2009, Anastasia moved to Heraklion in order to study at the University. She has earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Tourism from the Hellenic Mediterranean University. Makeup played a great role in her life, especially, during her Uni years.

In 2013, she moved to France and started her flying career! France was the place where Anastasia started having access to High End MakeUp Brands and started trying out new techniques.

In 2015, she moved to Dubai and was the starting point to look at MakeUp in a more Professional way. People were asking if she is a MakeUp Artist due to her excellent techniques, and that’s when she decided to participate in seminars, workshops and every kind of masterclass in order to keep herself up to date with all recent trends.

Fast Forward to today, Anastasia Balatsouka has completed her Beauty Studies on MakeUp Artistry with Kryolan Hellas and she works as a Freelance MakeUp Artist.
